AND FINALLY IT'S THE BIG DAY!
Woke up super duper early to prepare for the tea ceremony. My mummy's super nervous lor cause it's her first time doing this! (See below)

After much hassle, the bridegroom's finally here to fetch the bride! I prefer the wedding here, the bride has to stay in the room while the "jie mei"s have to create obstacles for the groom and his "xiong di"s to overcome. super re nao!

Finally the groom gets to leave the car, but he faces yet another big barrier (The 2 Men2 shen2 blocking the entrance)

The groom's "bro" doing the push up on his behalf! and they dashed into the house!

Of course it's not going to be easy, esp to overcome the obstacles that the bride's "sisters" set. They've to eat don't know how many bananas, raw vege & doufu, bittergourd juice, sing and say "I love you" in 10 different dialects/languages. Super high atmosphere!

Tradition says that the bride's not allowed to go back to her house for 3 days but cause we're going back to SG soon, it is modified../

They walked around the wedding car 1 round and back into the house and have to sit around the table like that, as though 3 days have passed. super fresh to us

Thereafter, they went over to the groom's house for tea ceremony while we prepared for the wedding dinner. (For this part I'll prefer Sg's, you'll see why!)

Strangely, the limelight wasn't given to the couple, but instead those karaoke-rs! They even brought their on CDs there and blast into the mike

After 3 hours, the dinner's over. For the whole of that day, I feel like getting married too!!!!!! hahaha and cause she's pregnant, my maternal instinct kicks in as well!!!

Back home, rotting session began again, and my best companion for the trip are the poker cards & I learnt a new game hohohoho. Have been trained into a poker addict!
